Tumania Constructions is an employee-owned Canadian Company, which began operations in 1977. With almost a century of experience behind us, we have constructed Industrial, Commercial, Institutional and Residential projects across Canada. The values of these projects vary from hundreds of thousand of dollars to more than $350 million. Tumania has grown from a local builder to one of Canada’s most respected construction companies, with an unsurpassed reputation for quality.

Over the years, approximately 50 percent of Tumania’s volume has been through negotiated contracts. Much of our business has been with repeated customers, indicating the faith placed in our experience, expertise and service during all phases of a project. The balance of our volume comes from the competitive tendering process.

At TC, we have the people and the construction equipment – everything you need for us to build your project.

Our equipment technicians and administrators support TC’s all the operations of the company. Our consultation and approach on each project ensures our clients receive the maximum benefit associated with having the proper equipment available to perform the work.

Our $240-million inventory includes:
