Graduate Recruitment

 

Tumania Construction Inc. has a graduate/technical recruitment and development programme for fresh graduates of Construction and Electrical and Mechanical engineers. The programme is aimed at attracting bright candidates into the company service. 

Periodically, when vacancies exist, advertisement are placed for potential candidates.

The Recruitment process

Recruitment for vacant positions is conducted nationally or internationally. Most recruitment is done by the CC Human Resources Department, which occasionally engages recruitment agencies to assist. Positions for which Tumania Construction Inc. will be recruiting are advertised in major national newspapers. Tumania Construction Inc. meets the requirements of the government's immigration policy by seeking Canadian candidates for positions prior to sourcing employees from other countries.
